Day 1 MA to VA

Packing the bike at home about 0645.

The temp was about 33 degrees.
All bundled up with heated jacket liner plugged in.
Sandi must think I will forget her while Al and I are away because I found this photo on my camerea this evening.

Not to worry sweetheart. I will NEVER forget you!!!
After making our way through MA, RI, CT we got to NY and the Tappen Zee bridge.

 Getting bored, I decided to take a self portrait..

We finally got to West Virginia.

More hours and miles finds us in Winchester, VA for our first night.
550+ miles in 10 hours.
It was cold all the way. Never got above 52 degrees.
